• Spot checkout bottlenecks with queue management: Up to 3 detection areas can be defined at checkout counters, with waiting people count and occupancy rate refreshed every 15 minutes. Decisions to open an extra register during rush hours can then be based on data instead of guesswork.
• Plan stock areas with shopping cart counting: Carts entering and leaving are counted separately as IN/OUT, and cart queue occupancy is reported the same way. Hours when the cart parking or storage area falls short become clearly visible.
• Test aisle layout with heatmap: Movement and dwell frequency of shoppers is visualized on a color or black & white background. If an aisle is never stopped at, product placement can be changed and the result measured afterward.
• Reduce liability risk with slip & fall detection: When a floor gets wet or a customer falls, the system triggers within 6 seconds of the event. It works with cameras mounted at 3.5-6 m height, above a 70° angle, at 5-12 m distance in 4K, for scenes with up to 3 people. Footage is available if an injury claim arises later.
• Detect objects blocking exits: Boxes or shelving left in front of a fire exit are detected across up to 3 detection areas, with camera-to-object distance kept under 15 meters. Such violations surface before an inspection catches them manually.
• Monitor entry/exit with line and area analytics: Line crossing counts direction-based passages, while IVA area distinguishes entering/exiting, intrusion (minimum 5 sec) and loitering (minimum 10 min). Useful for warehouse back doors where staff-only access must be enforced.

In retail chains, this license sends per-branch queue and visitor reports automatically by email or FTP in .xlsx, .txt, and .png (for heatmap) formats to head office, removing the need to check each store separately.
