DH-60, Electromagnetic Door Holder
The DH-60, is a door holder that can be mounted both from the floor and from the wall. Magnetic door holders are mostly used in fire doors that act as fire barriers. While the door holders keep the door open, at the time of the fire alarm, the electricity of the door holders is cut off with the trigger from the fire alarm system and the door is released. Hydraulic sealers on the door also close the door. Thus, it prevents or delays the fire from spreading to other sides of the building.
DH-60 is a model that can work with both 12VDC and 24VDC. Door status can be monitored with built-in monitoring contact. The power adapter does not come out of the box.
