The SPB-VAN16W is a smoked dome cover accessory used with QNV-C9011R, QNV-C8011R, and QNV-C8012 dome cameras. It consists of an aluminum base and a polycarbonate cover glass, and is installed as a replacement part when the original dome cover gets scratched, cracked, or when a different look is preferred. It's a useful spare part to keep on hand for locations where the camera is frequently touched or exposed to the elements, such as a store entrance, warehouse loading door, or site security booth.

The smoked, transparent cover glass conceals the dome camera's internal mechanism from outside view, making it harder to tell which direction the camera is pointing. This can be a preferred feature at points like a checkout counter or cash register area where the camera shouldn't draw attention.
