The TNO-L4050T is a VGA resolution thermal bullet camera that generates images from heat differences captured by a bolometer sensor rather than from visible light. Because it can detect motion in total darkness, through smoke, heavy fog or against direct sunlight, it is built for perimeter fencing, open storage yards and industrial site entrances where conventional cameras fall short. The fixed 35mm lens is intended for long, straight perimeter lines and wide open-area coverage — a good fit for projects that need a fixed monitoring line rather than a zoom or PTZ camera.

Its IP66 and IK10 ratings protect against rain, dust and physical impact on outdoor installations, while the NEMA 250 type 4X rating adds durability in humid or chemically corrosive industrial environments.
