The Barcode Scanner Camera uses accurate barcode recognition and tracking for multiple parcels in a single frame. Artificial intelligence-enabled barcode label detection on a single-color channel, including high-speed conveyors, allows operators to find labels efficiently and easily. The solution also includes WiseBCR, a pre-installed barcode application that supports real-time barcode information and history.

Barcode recognition and video tracking sensors offer 4K resolution for clear images. 16, 25 or 35 mm lens provides a wide field of view suitable for various logistics environments. In addition, the spherical shutter function in both channels captures images of objects moving at high speed, such as parcels in conveyor belts, without distortion.

As a single device, it reduces unit installation and maintenance costs. As a result, the Barcode Scanner Camera improves operations. In addition, the device is highly durable with protection against dust, impact and vibration thanks to IP66/67 and IK10 values and M12 connectors.

It integrates seamlessly with Hanwha Vision's innovative Vision Logistics Tracking Software (VLTS), a platform that provides a full overview of operations. Additionally, packaging video management, which is part of VLTS, integrates third-party handheld scanners, making it a useful tool for distribution centers.
